In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed when you submit a bet may differ from those at the moment the bet is processed. In such cases, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds.

If a Match is Cancelled

• If an event or match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match does not conclude within the scheduled time, the result will be determined in accordance with Roya Bet's own rules.
• If an event is suspended due to a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances and is not rescheduled within 72 hours, the bet will be considered void.

All financial transactions on Roya Bet are fully secure and encrypted. Complete deposit and withdrawal rules are outlined below.

Deposit

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 BDT
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 BDT (Mobile Banking)
• Supported payments: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, USDT
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5–15 minutes
• No service charge on deposits

Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 BDT
• Withdrawals are not permitted without KYC verification
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be returned using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Roya Bet may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions

Transaction Failure

If a payment fails for any reason, the amount will be automatically returned to the source account. If the funds have not been returned within 48 hours, please contact support and send a screenshot of the transaction.

Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement, such as 10x, 20x, or 30x. This means you must wager the bonus amount that many times before making a withdrawal. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x requirement means you need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

Bonus Usage Rules

• Your bonus balance will be displayed separately from your main balance.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the period expires.

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using false information to claim bonuses.

• Software Manipulation: Use of bots, automation, or any third-party software.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with others or placing bets on someone else's behalf.

Roya Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
• Registration with incorrect or false information
• Refusal of KYC Verification
• Instructions from Legal Authorities

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, email our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. In the case of self-exclusion, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period has ended.

Roya Bet is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Third-party payment gateway issues
• Security failures on the user's own device or account
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime
